Directions - The Showground is approximately 2 miles south of Ashbourne, just off the A52, in the village of Osmaston. It is very important that you follow all direction signs. Sat Nav - use DE6 1LW follow directions to the Showground from/via the A52 ONLY.
One Way Systems
On Show day, one way systems, approved by the Police and the Local Authority are in operation in Osmaston Village. They are from the Church to the Showground and from there, over the lane towards Wyaston. There is NO ACCESS LOCALLY FROM WYASTON OR THE A516 SUDBURY TO ASHBOURNE ROAD.

Tickets – Tickets will be available from July 2016. They can be purchased at the gate on the day or ONLINE before the day at a £2 discount, please use the online ticket portal Here
They can also be purchased from, Leek, Ashbourne, Tourist Information Centres, National Farmers Union, Uttoxeter, Betty’s Tea Room, Willington and Nigel Davies Solicitors, Waterside, Ashbourne.
ATM Facilities - We are happy to confirm we will have full ATM facilities on the showground on show day.
Show Day Raffle - Get your tickets on Show Day see Sue at the Raffle Sales Kiosk on the corner next to the main ring. 40 plus fab prizes £500 smackers to be won. A dinning out experience at Light House, Farm Shop Hampers. Wines and Spirits I can send you the list.
Gate Times - The Show ground is open to the public from 9.00 am. Trade stands must remain on Ground until 5.00 pm.
Parking - All parking is free. There is a forward area for disabled but space is limited.
Disabled - Disabled facilities are available. Please see menu for Disabled Visitor Information.
Free Bus Sponsored and operated by Glovers Coaches. The bus runs throughout the day starting at 09.30 from Waterside Park. The last bus leaving the Show Ground at 5 p.m. Pick up points are Waterside Park, The Bus Station, at the top of Derby Hill and opposite Preston’s Garage, terminating at the Show Ground.
N.B. Whilst we do our upmost to try and keep to time, but traffic can cause delays.
Dogs – Dogs are allowed on the showground, but must be kept on a short lead at all times and at no point are they allowed in any livestock areas or Showing rings. Dogs should NEVER be left in a car unattended but, if you have to, please ensure a window is left open and water is available.
Lost Children – Lost Children should be taken to the Secretary’s Tent.
First Aid – First aiders and paramedics will be at the points shown on the showground plan.
Baby Changing – There is a room designated for changing or feeding in the Pavilion.
Accommodation - There is a wide variety of accommodation ranging from self catering cottages, through caravan sites, to country house hotels, throughout the Peak District and locally, these can be found online or through the local Tourist Information Centres at.
